Air Travel Management Certificate in Airlines Reservations Procedures
The certificate course is a professional introductory course to the basic rudiments of airlines' reservations, GDS technology solutions, reservations terminologies, travel documents and the various air travel geographical locations worldwide.
Requirements
- Be at least 17 years of age
- Have a minimum of SSCE/WASSCE/GCE O'LEVEL for all course levels
- Be able to read, speak, and understand English language fluently
- For GDS helpdesk, airline call centers, a minimum of Bsc is preferred
- Purchase application form
- Pay appropriate training fees
Air Travel Management Diploma in Airlines Ticketing and Reservations Procedures
The diploma course is highly recommended to you. It is designed to equip trainees with comprehensive requisite skills needed to work, hold their ground, and stay ahead of contemporaries with the airline travel industry. it is the overall; all rolled into one course that meets your employability skill needs cutting through airlines reservations, airlines ticketing, airlines marketing, airlines customer service/call center, GDS technology solutions, introduction to tour planning and management, geographic locations etc.
